We sell food products, seasonal fruits, rice, oil, nuts, honey, dairy items, and preorder products. Product availability, harvest timing, packaging, and final delivery timing may vary depending on stock, season, supplier, and delivery conditions.

Pricing and product information

We try to keep product information, images, prices, and stock updated. If an error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order, adjust the order with your confirmation, or cancel/refund where applicable.

Preorders

Preorder items are delivered after harvest, collection, or stock arrival. Preorder deposits may be adjusted with the final bill if the final price depends on market rate, variety, quality, or availability. Our team may contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm payment, address, availability, delivery area, or order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by stock issues, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspicious activity, or incomplete payment.

Manual payments

Manual payment methods may include bank transfer, bKash, and Nagad. Customers are responsible for sending payment to the correct account/number shown at checkout, adding transaction ID/reference where requested, and keeping payment proof until the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery timing and charges depend on product type, location, courier availability, weather, season, and operational conditions. Fresh and perishable items may have area limitations to protect product quality.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate name, phone number, email, address, and order information.
Check product details, quantity, price, and payment method before placing an order.
Receive calls/messages needed for order confirmation and delivery.
Inspect delivered products promptly and contact us within the stated time for issues.
