Organic Farming BD wants customers to receive the correct products in good condition. Because many of our products are food, fresh, seasonal, or perishable, refund and replacement requests are reviewed according to product type and issue.
Report window
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. For wrong, missing, damaged, spoiled, or quality-related issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, phone number, and clear photos or video of the package and product.
Eligible cases
- Wrong item delivered.
- Missing item from the order.
- Product damaged during delivery.
- Fresh/perishable product arrived spoiled or unusable, subject to review.
- Payment adjustment required for confirmed preorder or stock issue.
Fresh and perishable products
Fresh fruits, seasonal items, dairy, and other perishable foods cannot usually be returned after delivery unless there is a verified issue. Resolution may include replacement, partial adjustment, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and availability.
Packaged dry products
For sealed packaged products such as rice, oil, nuts, or honey, return/replacement requests may be reviewed if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, or if there is a verified damage or wrong-item issue.
Preorders
Preorder delivery depends on harvest, collection, and availability. If an item cannot be supplied, or if final pricing/quality changes significantly, we may offer adjustment, replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are usually returned through the original manual payment channel or another agreed method. Processing time depends on verification, bank/mobile payment processing, and operational schedule.
Non-refundable cases
- Customer provided incorrect address or phone number and delivery failed.
- Customer did not report the issue within the required time.
- Product was consumed, altered, mishandled, or stored improperly after delivery.
- Perishable product quality changed due to delayed receiving by the customer.
